Monday

The weekend is over!! Time to shed all those added Cals from weekend with our Speed / Power workout. Its a explosive weights workout mixed with anaerobic exercises to take your limits. Grab your workout partner power through this workout, your body’s will love you for it.

TUESDAY

Big multi-joint exercises in this workout. The compound lifts enables build your strength and keep the heart rate elevated, you will need grip tight and go all in pushing your muscle to the max while finding time to still have smile as your trainer tells one more.

 

WEDNESDAY

Fast moving conditioning workout, a crazy Full body workout mixes the right amount of weights and cardio to keep the body guessing. Your muscle will be burning the whole way through this workout. You and your squad will be taken to the next level, where you will laugh and cry till the end.

 

THURSDAY

This workout is a strength workout combo with a full body hypertrophy session. Time to up the weight, lower the reps and slow the tempo.

 

FRIDAY

Its been a hard week time to recover and give that body some TLC.
In this workout you will be foam rolling, banded stretches,using the trigger ball and finishing with a bit of animal flow.

SATURDAY
